The family room was super spacious and comfy. Loved the little extras like Welsh cakes and hot chocolate waiting for us. The staff was friendly and really attentive, especially during breakfast. Good quality and presentation of the food, too. a cozy spot to rest up, especially for a family. Just a nice place to unwind after a busy day.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool that allowed us to unwind after exploring the city all day, with a great location that made it easy to get around.

The breakfast setup isn't a buffet, which takes away the chance for a bit of self-service and flexibility, instead offering just a hot and cold choice from a limited menu. The entrance to the property lacks a bit of charm and could use more visual appeal—it doesn't exactly scream 'welcome' as you approach. the overall condition of the bathrooms in the rooms feels outdated, needing a good clean-up and refurbishing, particularly with some cleanliness issues noted in the shower areas.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring all my business needs were met. The room was clean, well-appointed, and featured a comfortable bed that facilitated a restful night. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast, offering locally sourced ingredients and a variety of options that energized me for the day ahead.

We had a blast! The kids loved the outdoor play area and I enjoyed the peaceful vibe. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was yum, especially those pastries! Only thing was the pool could get a bit crowded at times, but overall, it was such a fantastic family trip.

The real highlight, though, was the outstanding food at the Penny Bar. each meal was a delightful experience! The only improvement could be made with the spa service which had a less welcoming staff member during our visit.

The property was stunning on the outside as the same on the inside. The food was home cooked and delicious, extremely accommodating to specific food requests.
